thyssenkrupp Orinoco is one of the two moving walkway models currently made by thyssenkrupp, the other being the thyssenkrupp iWalk.

Overview

The thyssenkrupp Orinoco is both a horizontal and inclined moving walk model for commercial and transit applications, and can be used for indoor and outdoor conditions. There are 3 models of the Orinoco, but the names of them are unknown. This model was first made no later than 2003.

  • 29' 7" (or 9 m) maximum rise height
  • 656' 2" (or 200 m) maximum length
  • 0-6/10/12 degree angle of inclination
  • 40"/48"/56" (or 800/1000/1200/1400/1600 mm) pallet width
  • 100–125 fpm (or 0.5/0.65/0.75 m/s) speed
