Schindler 300 P was a traction model made by Schindler for the Asia Pacific market. This model was made from 1999 until around the late 2000s, and was possibly succeeded by the 5400 AP model.

Schindler 300 P comes in both mini machine room (MMR) and machine room less (MRL) model, primarily for low to mid-rise commercial and residential buildings. This model is equipped with gearless VVVF frequency drive and a "cost of service" traffic algorithms control system to optimize elevator performance. It was also possible to be combined with the revolutionary Schindler Miconic 10 destination dispatch system.
