These are the fixtures used in Pickerings Lifts.
These fixtures consist of small rectangular buttons that protrudes from the panel. The floor buttons were painted in white, while the stop and alarm button were painted in red and green respectively. For hall station panel, the call button is white and has a small rectangular red lamp above the button to indicate a hall call has been registered.
These fixtures consists of white square buttons. Only the hall call button lights up, in this case, yellow orange. Usually the car station buttons are flushed.
In the 1970s, the buttons were redesigned to made of metal with engraved lettering and black halo, and without illumination lamp. Floor indicator, if present, is a seven segments display.
