MAN Aufzugbau was a division of MAN AG (now MAN SE) that produced elevators (including bed and high speed elevators) and escalators. It was founded in 1895 and had factory in Gustavsburg, near Mainz. In the 1980s, it was taken over by Thyssen and later became Thyssen-MAN in 1984-1985. Elevators were produced under this name until in the late 1980s.
