Elevator testing tower is a structure that is designed to evaluate the stress and fatigue limits of specific elevator cars in a controlled environment. Elevator test tower usually has a heigh of 100 to 140 meters high. Elevator test towers are normally located in the elevator factory or manufacturing facilities.

Purpose

Elevator test tower are used to carried out elevator test to insure reliability and safety in current elevator designs and address any failures that may arise.
