The Block 322 Tah Ching Road elevator accident was an elevator accident which happened on 9th October 2015, when an 80 year woman named Mdm Khoo Bee Hua lost her right hand on an elevator built by Express Lift in Block 322 Tah Ching Road HDB, Singapore.

It was initially suspected that the elevator had problems with its safety devices. However, after tests, the sensors were found to be working correctly. It is thus taken as the sensors not being able to detect the dog leash as it was too thin.
